As an Internal Communication Specialist, you’ll thrive on creating exceptional employee experiences. You have a knack for crafting engaging content that not only communicates company goals but also connects with your audience through compelling storytelling.
 

Building strong relationships is essential - you’ll quickly establish rapport and showcase your ability to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.


This will be a full time, permanent position based in the any of our offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a best-in-class internal communications function that drives employee engagement, strengthens connectivity and culture, and positively impacts all offices.
  • Develop communication materials using various formats (written communications, presentations, Teams and other platforms, small group meetings, etc.) to effectively convey key messages.
  • Leverage internal tools to maximise communication effectiveness, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, imagery, and identity.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed.
  • Write and edit impactful, engaging content that promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources, and other programs aligned with company goals and culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain content for employee communication channels and work with the Marketing and IT teams to explore and recommend new channels or technologies.
  • Manage content for the company intranet, keeping it up-to-date, engaging, and informative.


ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years hands on experience in a similar role focusing on internal communication.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to create content across different mediums, including video.
  • Experience in managing web content management systems and digital tools such as SharePoint and Canva.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with key internal stakeholders and experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders.
  • A relevant degree in communication, journalism, public relations or similar would be advantageous.
