As our Marketing Business Partner, you'll work closely with in-house marketing and partnership teams, and external stakeholders, blending creativity with strategic execution. Your expertise in planning and bringing to life agile marketing strategies will help position us as market leaders in our industry. You will need to be a confident person capable of influencing multiple senior stakeholders in the business and working in agile environments. You will receive marketing support from the Global Marketing Team, which includes brand, comms, events, design, performance marketing, CRM and web development. You will report to the CMO, as part of the Eightcap Global Marketing Team, and be a leader in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Growth: Lead the global B2B marketing roadmap to drive acquisition and retention across all partner verticals.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen corporate and partner-facing identities to ensure market differentiation and credibility.
  • GTM & Product: Partner with Product and Sales teams to launch new services and drive partner adoption through compelling go-to-market strategies.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with Performance, CRM, and Content teams to deliver optimized, high-impact lead generation initiatives.
  • Global Execution: Oversee multi-market campaigns, ensuring local relevance while maintaining global brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage MarTech, automation, and AI-powered insights to streamline workflows and improve targeting.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Support managed brands and develop co-marketing initiatives that amplify brand presence and partner success.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated previous experience within marketing for Financial Services industry. A degree in Marketing or Business is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and market expansion through agile, high-level marketing leadership.
  • Deep expertise across the digital stack, including Performance, SEO, and MarTech, with a focus on scaling high-performing teams.
  • Ability to sharpen brand positioning and establish Eightcap as a fintech leader on a global stage.
  • Expert at using analytics and customer insights to fuel decision-making and personalize engagement.
  • Experience navigating international markets, ensuring effective localization and adherence to complex regulatory environments.
  • Skilled at aligning product marketing to drive adoption and building strategic B2B/B2C alliances to scale our partner ecosystem.
