Marketing Analyst-Senior

Job Description:

  • Strategic Product Leadership:
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for logistics solutions, including ideation, development, and optimization of new services.
    • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and unmet market demands to enhance value proposition and profitability.
    • Translate high-level strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives of revenue growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Manage cross-functional teams (Network, Engineering, Finance, Pricing) to deliver scalable solutions.
    • Drive large-scale projects (e.g., regional / global service expansions, tech integrations) with measurable KPIs
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:
    • 5+ years in logistics industry 
    • Fluency in English (written/spoken)
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Preferred:
    • PMP/Agile certification.
    • Deep understanding on Freight forwarding
    • Familiarity on Asia-Pacific markets
    • Stakeholder management expertise
