About the role:

Marketing Adviser – RSM Australia
 

Location: Flexible across Australia - Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra

Are you a strategic marketer ready to make an impact in a dynamic, sector-focused environment? We’re looking for a Marketing Adviser to join our collaborative team and help drive growth, elevate our brand, and support our evolving industry approach.

In this national role, you’ll work closely with partners, sector managers, and the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, enhancing our market presence, and delivering measurable outcomes across key industry groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives and sector priorities.
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and support marketing meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events including webinars, seminars, and social media.
  • Monitor performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage sponsorships and partnerships to maximise value.
  • Collaborate with the national marketing team on firm-wide projects.
  • Champion the firm’s brand and thought leadership across sectors.

    About you:

    What You’ll Bring
    • Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing (essential).
    • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for industry sectors.
    • Advanced PC skills and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (desirable).
