If you are an organised, proactive and detail-driven Marketing Admin Assistant - this role is for you. This role plays a key part in keeping the department running smoothly - assisting with coordination, administrative execution, and day-to-day organisational tasks.

What you will do:
Administrative Support
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage invites for the CMO and Marketing team
- Assist with travel bookings, itineraries, accommodation and logistics
- Prepare, format and update documents, presentations, and internal communications
- Ad-hoc support for the Marketing functions
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are organised
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute materials in advance
- Capture meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
- Manage conference call/video call setup (Google Meet/Zoom)
Marketing Operations Support
- Maintain and update the central Marketing Calendar
- Assist with updating Google Sheets, Notion pages, and team trackers
- Ensure consistent file organisation, naming conventions, and version control
- Support with uploading assets, images, PDFs, and internal resources
- Help prepare simple weekly and monthly reports or summaries for review
Event & Project Coordination
- Assist with logistics for marketing events, conferences, sponsorship activations, and workshops
- Handle event registrations, travel logistics and attendee coordination
- Support onsite event preparation where required
- Coordinate small team events, celebrations, and milestones
Team Enablement & Admin Hygiene
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new Marketing hires (setting up docs, links, welcome materials)
- Support CultureAmp admin tasks (sending reminders, monitoring completion, basic troubleshooting)
- Maintain shared folders, drive organisation, and process documentation
- Help update SOPs, checklists, and admin resources
- Manage ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by the Marketing Enablement Manager, CMO and marketing department.
What you will bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, PA/EA support, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, tidy work
- Solid written communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and Notion
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to jump in and support the team
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience in a marketing, creative, or digital environment
- Basic familiarity with Notion, project management tools, or reporting dashboards
- Interest in marketing, events, or operations
- Experience formatting presentations or simple reports
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
