About The Role
The Peace of Mind Marketing Activation Specialist, ANZ is a key member of the Marketing team for the Commercial Area Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving all Peace of Mind (PoM) digital marketing initiatives across key channels and platforms. This person supports PoM Marketing elements of the Master Marketing Plan and ensures first-class execution against these plans, testing, and optimizing along the way.
What You’ll Do

Drive collaboration and alignment with CA ANZ Product Line, PoM, and wider CA Marketing teams to ensure content for all Consumables & Accessories and Spares products, across all brands, is updated and planned for upcoming launches across relevant channels.

Drive Consumables & Accessories Subscriptions initiatives, aligning with CA PoM team and wider Marketing teams, through relevant marketing channels like eDMS, POS and websites.

Lead and manage Unilux accessories brand full lifecycle, including website content, UX testing, promotional content, brand packaging, aligning with CA PL and PoM teams.

Manage Product Registration programs, working with the BA EA Web & Communications & CDI teams to create ongoing consumer ongoing programs to increase registrations, and then report monthly on these to the BA.

Management of the Online Services Booking Tool, driving optimisations of the tool where possible and any other Service-based content on websites.

Monitor and report Google metrics/tracking for Unilux website and to measure conversions from online Service booking tool

Work with IT, Customer Care Support team and Marketing team to ensure we have a single view of the consumer ensuring that all touchpoints for CRM are coming into C4C including CCC records, Registration etc.

Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage budget allocations for POM digital initiatives like Paid Search, eDMs and projects.

Manage any relevant SEO content related work for Unilux and other brand sites

Develop annual Services and Accessories Paid Search brief, in alignment with Digital Marketing Manager, anaylsing the results for optimsations throughout the year.

Agency and Partner management including agency WIPS.

Manage marketing invoicing related to POM digital initiatives.

Present POM internally plans when required.
Who You Are

Previous Marketing experience in consumer-driven companies with proven results.

Proven success in taking a company’s strategic vision to plan/develop a consumer-driven marketing plan that drives profitable growth, market share, and brand health improvements.

Some experience within a Marketing agency would be beneficial

University degree in Marketing or related area
