The Manufacturing Process Equipment Engineer will develop and enhance process conditions and technology, improve process capabilities, and evaluate new equipment and materials in semiconductor manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Develop and improve process condition and technology.• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.• Establish and modify process management projects.• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.• Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment / materials.• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Requirements: (Not all of the following need to be met)• Bachelor's/Masters' Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineer/Chemical Engineering/Materials Engineering.• Have minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry in process related position.• Passionate in learning, growth, and development.• Problem solving and analytical skills.• Commitment and Tenacity to achieve goals.• Good communication skills to collaborate with various parties to achieve final goal.• Equipped with time management and multitasking skills• Fluent in Japanese and English are preferred
