About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to join our growing Corporate Finance division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex transactions, mentor a talented team, and work closely with clients and stakeholders across a diverse range of industries.

As a Manager in our Transaction Support team, you will play a key role in the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, act as Investigating Accountant for IPO, and advise on sales and purchase agreements. You will manage multiple projects, lead junior staff, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high-quality insights and outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transaction support – execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects (including planning, analysis, interviews and report writing)

  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs

  • Sales and Purchase Agreement advisory

  • Forecast reviews

  • Manage, train and lead team of juniors

  • Build and manage client relationships

About you:

You are a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for transactions and a strong foundation in financial analysis. With a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients to deliver strategic insights. You bring a collaborative mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence in every engagement.

Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years’ experience in transaction support or corporate development

  • Proven experience managing teams and projects

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset

  • Exposure to business development activities is desirable

Education Requirements:

  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major

  • Completed CA or equivalent
