About the role You’ll be passionate and experienced in leading high-impact reputation campaign delivery to support reputational, social licence, and brand ambitions using audience-led and channel data and insights.You’ll be an expert in blending earned and paid media and social media tactics that creatively, innovatively and smartly influence community, customer, stakeholder perceptions linked to business priorities.This role manages P&A and negotiates media-buy and paid plans with major Australian news outlets.Reporting to the Head of Reputation, Brand and Campaigns you’ll join an innovative team, who shape and execute the overarching campaign direction that builds trust, strengthens corporate reputation, and supports Transurban’s social licence across all markets. As our Manager - Reputation Campaigns, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work. Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and implement Transurban’s reputation campaign strategy across all markets
- Lead end‑to‑end creation, testing and delivery of campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels
- Ensure all campaigns align with corporate brand and tone of voice
- Manage the P&A budget and negotiate media-buy and paid plans with major Australian news outlets
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, budget efficiency, and value for money
- Optimise campaign performance and resources across markets to eliminate duplication and wastage
- Partner with internal teams to develop effective messaging and coordinate campaign resourcing
- Measure, analyse, and report campaign impact using insights and data to drive continuous improvement
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in marketing and/or communications campaign strategy and execution within complex corporate environments, with a strong consumer and B2B focus
- Exceptional communication skills, including advanced written, editorial, and verbal capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and self‑motivated, with advanced time‑management skills and a proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills, the ability to motivate others, and a flexible, proactive approach to change
- Strong technical capability, including proficiency with Microsoft products and demonstrated ability to develop content across multiple channels—especially video
