About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated manager to act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to senior leadership. This role involves developing and driving strategic initiatives, challenging the status quo, and implementing innovative solutions to transform the business to deliver significant value. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, streamline processes, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs that shape the future of the organization.

What you will do 

Strategic Leadership & Advisory:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key advisor, challenging existing business and operational strategies to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate strategic “white sheet” sessions to reimagine processes and develop transformative solutions.

Program Governance & Execution:

  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the execution of high-priority programs, monitoring progress, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Identify and address interdependencies across projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Process Optimization:

  • Review and optimize commercial and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to recharge key business processes and enhance performance, focusing on sustainable impact.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and manage relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and trust.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Influence and align stakeholders to drive change and achieve shared objectives.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to track program performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to present findings and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and manage relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and trust.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Influence and align stakeholders to drive change and achieve shared objectives.

You will be a great fit if you

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields. MBA preferred
  • Experience: 6-8 years’ experience in consultancy, strategic project/program management or in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a multi-national company and in working with different cultures and countries.
  • Strong numerate acumen, strong project management skills. A good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Demonstrate strong strategic and systemic thinking skills with the ability to challenge norms and foster innovation.
  • Excel in stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with a focus on results
