  • Monitor and track partnership performance against agreed KPIs

  • Support structured governance rhythms, including Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partner initiatives are delivered on time

  • Identify performance gaps and follow through on actions to address them

  • Support commercial discussions with data, reporting, and insights

  • Help improve the end-to-end customer payment experience through effective partner collaboration

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our partnerships deliver consistently and operate efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and documentation

  • Provide insights to support decision-making and performance improvements

  • Support and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and regular partner check-ins

  • Ensure clear actions, ownership, and follow-up from all meetings

  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Commercial) to maintain alignment

Operational Execution
  • Ensure partnership processes, integrations, and workflows run smoothly

  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, or performance issues

  • Support continuous improvement of partnership processes and ways of working

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in partnership management, operations, account coordination, or similar roles

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and generating insights

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams

  • Commercial awareness and confidence supporting partner discussions

  • Clear, structured communicator with strong follow-through

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
