光工場(山口県)エンジニアリング部は、医薬品製造工場の設備(建築、機器、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施し光工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。

エンジニアリング部 キャピタルプロジェクトマネージメントグループにて以下の業務を対応いただける人材を募集しております。

【職務内容】

光工場における新規設備導入、大型更新、新製品導入・既存製品増産に伴う設備導入・改造等のCAPEXプロジェクトを、オーナーズ・エンジニアリングの立場からリードまたは実行支援し、光工場の安定供給、品質・EHS・コンプライアンスの確保、および武田のビジネス成長に貢献する業務です。

医薬品製造設備・施設に関するCAPEXプロジェクトの担当者またはリードとして、社内関係部門、エンジニアリング各分野SME、外部取引先と連携し、以下の業務に従事いただきます。

  • ユーザー要求、GMP/GAMP、EHS、法規制要件を踏まえた設備仕様・URS・技術要件の検討
  • Front End Engineeringに基づく技術検討、概算費用・予算策定、投資対効果評価の支援
  • 購入仕様書の作成、見積取得、技術評価、購買部門と連携したサプライヤ選定支援
  • 設備導入・改造、工事設置、試運転、コミッショニングおよびクオリフィケーションの計画・実行・進捗管理
  • 完成図書、竣工図書、運用・保全マニュアル、機器データシート等の引き渡し・維持管理支援
  • 設備導入後のトラブルシューティング、CAPA・監査対応支援、Lessons Learnedを通じた継続的改善の推進
  • 部門内外の関係者、QA・製造・保全・購買・ファイナンス・外部取引先との調整、交渉、期待値管理

【応募要件】

必須

  • 高専卒または学士号以上で、機械、電気・計装・制御、化学工学、生物化学、生物医学等のエンジニアリングまたは関連する技術分野の知見を有している。
  • 製造業、特にcGMP環境における生産設備の保全、設備導入、改造、またはCAPEXプロジェクトエンジニアリングの実務経験を有し、設備仕様書の作成、見積取得、購入・導入、試運転、クオリフィケーションに関する基本的な知識・経験がある。
  • 日本語での円滑な関係者調整に加え、英語での読み書きおよび会話コミュニケーション能力の向上に前向きである。

望ましい経験

  • 化学プラント、医薬品製造設備、オートメーション、包装機器等に関するエンジニアリング・保全・設備導入経験、またはCAPEXプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント、サプライヤ管理、品質・EHS・法規制対応、継続的改善活動の経験があれば尚可。

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
