  • Leverage AI to develop tools and workflows that enable marketing stakeholders to self-serve and democratise insights.
We're excited about you because you have…

  • Experience in marketing science or analytics is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with SQL and basic ETL processes
  • Experience with experimentation techniques (A/B testing, causal inference) and interpreting hypothesis testing
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners of varying technical levels and drive impact
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to own projects from start to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to use back-of-the-envelope modelling and thought experiments to guide decision-making in highly uncertain environments
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think deeply about analytics and measurement problems to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with multivariate regression
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python; R or another language is also acceptable)
  • Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualisation tools.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
