We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Manager – IT Capacity Management reporting to the Senior Manager, Release Management and Service Transition, Service Management Centre
A bit about your role
The Manager – IT Capacity Management role is responsible for leading a globally distributed team and managing end-to-end IT capacity across applications, systems, and infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. It involves developing and reviewing capacity plans, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring readiness for enterprise-wide releases.
The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, active participation in governance forums, and maintaining tools and documentation. It also includes managing escalations, supporting change initiatives, and aligning capacity strategy with business objectives.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in IT capacity planning, performance assurance, or infrastructure management, along with the ability to lead remote teams across time zones. They have a strong grasp of service lifecycle management and enterprise release cycles and are skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Experience in telecommunications or large-scale IT environments is highly desirable.
