WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the Senior Director, GPS APAC based in Singapore and be part of the GPS APAC Leadership Team. This role partners with GPS teams across the region, global functions like Finance, Procurement, Legal, Communications, and Technology, and key country stakeholders to deliver seamless workplace operations.

Key Qualifications:
- Open to work in Melbourne, Australia or other Pacific locations.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in facility management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related discipline. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Expertise in workplace strategy and operations, with strong financial and program management skills.
- Proven ability to lead regional, remote teams and influence in a highly matrixed organisation.
You’ll translate GPS business strategies into operational excellence across Nike locations. From shaping strategy to activating workplace solutions, you’ll ensure service delivery aligns with global standards and enterprise goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for operations strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Nike stakeholders and partners.
- Lead and manage operations teams to deliver end-to-end workplace solutions.
- Implement global performance standards through service partners.
- Develop and maintain frameworks and playbooks for consistent service delivery.
- Drive Pacific strategy across GPS capabilities, informing capital and AOP budgets.
- Oversee operational budgets and monitor in-country team performance.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports under tight deadlines.
