A bit about your role
The Manager, Fraud Management and Investigations is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting compliance with fraud and corruption guidelines, and acting as a risk adviser. The role involves performing fraud risk assessments, leading investigations, providing probity advice, and collaborating with Internal Audit.
Additionally, the manager will create and deliver fraud risk awareness training, manage forensic projects, oversee conflicts of interest and gifts processes, and develop methods to analyze data for fraud detection. Key accountabilities include maintaining fraud risk registers, leading investigations, delivering training, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
A bit about you
The role requires significant experience in fraud investigations with experience in fraud risk management, developing fraud frameworks, and conducting investigations. You must possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to plan and lead investigations effectively. Any certifications in investigations, Certified Fraud Examination, CPA, or CA would be beneficial.
