About the role

As a Manager at Fordham you’ll provide leadership support to the team and Partners, manage a client list and deliver client focused solutions to business owners and their families.

Key responsibilities will also include:

• Providing leadership and management support to a small team, including growing, developing, and mentoring staff.

• Managing client relationships, taking a commercial approach to client matters, and providing quality assurance on product and work provided to clients.

• Identifying, applying and providing recommendations on business planning, business/tax structuring, compliance, profit improvement, benchmarking, wealth planning and more.

• Participating in and facilitating firm working and discussion groups.

About you

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

• CA/CPA qualified.

• 6+ years' experience as an Accountant.

• Previous people management experience, and competency in technical aspects relating to compliance and consulting services relating to business owners' needs.
