What You’ll Be DoingClient Management & Advisory
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering high-quality business advisory and tax services.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and superannuation funds.
  • Advise clients on business operations, complex tax matters, regulatory requirements, restructures, estate planning, and succession planning.
  • Provide value-added services, including financial modelling, asset sales and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
  • Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and best practice.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior and senior accountants, fostering their professional growth.
  • Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Partners to enhance client service delivery and business development initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Is This You?

You are a strategic thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a leadership role. You’re passionate about helping clients succeed and enjoy mentoring the next generation of accountants. You take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships, and have a results-driven mindset.

  • CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Law.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Business Services, with proven leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in tax and compliance, coupled with business advisory experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
