About the role:
This is your opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Bunnings.
As our Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise-wide BI solutions that enable smarter, faster insights. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll set direction, influence outcomes and guide a talented team to deliver solutions that matter.
What’s involved:
Define and drive the BI strategy to support organisational goals and decision-making
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality data models, dashboards and reporting tools
Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to align analytics outcomes with business priorities
Coach and mentor BI professionals, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration and innovation
Champion data governance and quality standards across the organisation
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to keep our BI capability future-ready
About You:
You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You enjoy influencing at all levels and know how to balance big-picture vision with practical delivery.
Collaboration is second nature to you – you’ll work closely with business leaders, technical teams and your own team to make things happen. You’ll bring curiosity, confidence and a genuine passion for using data to create impact.
What you’ll need:
Proven experience leading BI strategy and delivery in a complex environment
Strong technical foundation in BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy), SQL and data modelling
Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing and analytics platforms
Experience managing projects and leading teams in an agile environment
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
