About the Role
As a Manager in our Audit practice you will have opportunity to partner with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries.
Manage, leads and develops the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution assigned engagement
Service line management, including contribution to overall service line strategy.
Identify audit and engagement risks and assist to determine the appropriate audit for each assignment and communicate to the Audit Directors
Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with audit plan, procedures and appropriate quality of work
Lead and participate in technical consultations
About You
Previous experience in supporting and managing a team
Completed post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA
Provides strong motivation to inspire a high performing team and a positive culture
Demonstrated technical expertise used to assist existing and new clients
Experience leading and mentoring junior members of a team
Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to identify and solve problems
Strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
