About the Role

As a Manager in our Audit practice you will have opportunity to partner with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries.

  • Manage, leads and develops the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution assigned engagement

  • Service line management, including contribution to overall service line strategy.

  • Identify audit and engagement risks and assist to determine the appropriate audit for each assignment and communicate to the Audit Directors

  • Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with audit plan, procedures and appropriate quality of work

  • Lead and participate in technical consultations

About You 

  • Previous experience in supporting and managing a team

  • Completed post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA

  • Provides strong motivation to inspire a high performing team and a positive culture

  • Demonstrated technical expertise used to assist existing and new clients

  • Experience leading and mentoring junior members of a team

  • Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to identify and solve problems

  • Strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
