Your Role:

As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting UHNW clients and businesses. Your responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with UHNW clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and care, using HubSpot.
  • Sales Excellence: Manage high average order value (AOV) and lifetime value (LTV) clients, leveraging your proven sales expertise to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Technology Integration: Use tools like HubSpot and Podium to manage client interactions, ensure data accuracy, and execute timely follow-ups.
  • Unified Assistant Identity Representation: Represent the unified assistant identity, “Quinn,” in all client communications, providing a consistent, seamless service experience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with team members via Slack and G Suite to deliver efficient and consistent service.
  • Process Optimization: Support onboarding tools like Zendesk and other technologies to enhance operational workflows.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (sales expertise is a must - experience in the luxury sector is a big plus).
  • Familiarity with the pace, expectations, and skills of serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Strong experience with tools like HubSpot, Podium, Slack, and G Suite, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build trust with discerning clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset to manage high-priority tasks with precision.
  • Resourcefulness and efficiency in identifying and resolving issues promptly, with a nurturing and intuitive mindset.
  • Flexibility to work during the weekends and/or night shifts, ideally from 02 PM to 11 PM MT.
