- Own and drive burn-in test strategy, coverage definition, and optimization for LPDDR products across NPI and HVM.
- Define and maintain burn-in test conditions, stress profiles, guardbands, and screening methodologies based on reliability and quality requirements.
- Analyze burn-in related data (yield, fallout, AFR, reliability indicators) and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Probe / Backend test / Test Solution Engineering / Quality / Design teams to align burn-in requirements with overall test and product strategies.
- Support test time and cost reduction initiatives, including burn-in flow simplification and optimization.
- Lead burn-in readiness for new technology nodes and new LPDDR generations (e.g., LPDDR5/5X/6).
- Drive continuous improvement of burn-in infrastructure, processes, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and manufacturing partners.
- Support customer and field quality investigations related to burn-in and reliability screening.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, burn-in, reliability testing, or semiconductor test flows.
- Basic experience using a UNIX environment.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield, reliability, and test data.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering.
- Knowledge of burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware.
- Experience with burn-in, reliability testing, or semiconductor test flows.
- Experience with yield analysis tools, statistical analysis, or automation/scripting.
- Familiarity with probe and backend test flows.
- Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up.
- Prior experience working with global manufacturing sites.
