As LPDDR PE Engineering Execution Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for LPDDR NPI development until enabling High Volume Manufacturing,
This role will be customer focused, enabling success at Micron's key customers by delivering our LPDDR solutions on time.
For this position you must have the ability to thrive in a team environment as well as the ability to work and maintain good relationships with team members globally.
It is also essential that you have a blend of technical expertise, project management skill and strong technical communication skills.
"Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:"• Build DRAM engineering-focused development schedule from Network Build pre-silicon stage with PMO.• Drive tactical execution from pre-silicon readiness• Hold engineering teams accountable to the development execution schedule and Boundary Agreement and for meeting standard interim and final product milestones that achieve their respective requirements and criteria.• Generate development status with inputs from multi-functional teams that include technical status, schedule, risk, quality and other program health metrics.• Provide accurate and current program development status and milestone metrics to Product development Team Lead (PDTL) for reviews in Critical Program Review.• Drive multi-functional team alignment to ensure all level dependencies are collected and tracked.• Complete integration of development activity by using the technical expertise within the broader engineering team to meet project work.• BS or MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.• Direct knowledge of DRAM products and system application.• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in DRAM product development.• Project management skills with experience leading multi-functional teams.• Strong drive and dedication for execution and results• Strong meeting facilitation skills, collaboration and influencing skills that result in clear problem resolutions and execution planning.• Strong communication skills with both engineering and management audiences.
