The Opportunity
The Boeing MQ-28 Ghost Bat is a globally significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage to support Defence operational capabilities. As we continue to accelerate the development program and expand the aircraft flight envelope through the test program, we are seeking the very best talent from a diverse range of backgrounds to help grow and contribute to our innovative team.
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are seeking a Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Lead to join our MQ-28 Operations and Test team. This role will report to the MQ-28 Logistics Engineering Manager and ensure delivery of engineering support services across the program. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of motivating a diverse and geographically dispersed team in a dynamic environment. This role can be based in Brisbane or Amberley.

The MQ-28 Logistics Support Analysis Lead is a member of the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Product Support, Training and Maintenance Capability. In this role you will work within the MQ-28 Product Support teams in the development and maintenance of support system solutions.
Responsibilities
Product support analyst responsibilities will include:
  • Logistics Support Analysis: Lead the development, analysis and delivery of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) artefacts.
  • Logistics Product Data (LPD) Validation: Validate LPD by utilizing Product Support Analysis (PSA) techniques, ensuring that all data meets the program's provisioning requirements.
  • Provisioning Requirements: Ensure that all analyses and reports align with the program's provisioning requirements, facilitating effective logistics support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to ensure the operational readiness of maintenance of support equipment.
  • Follow quality process(es) and system(s) to ensure the LPD is complete and accurate IAW team plans, process and GEIA-STD-0007C and GEIA-HB-0007B
  • Collaborating with Product Support team members, responsible for self-quality checks, highlighting process improvements and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve project deliveries.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
  • Experience in engineering, maintenance, operational or supply support environments, or Defence knowledge desirable
  • Experience/training in developing GEIA- STD-0007C, MIL-STD-1388, DEF (AUST) 5691/5692, S3000L Logistics Product Data is highly desirable
  • Experience in preparation of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) such as ILS-550 RCMAR, ILS-560 Level of Repair Analysis Report (LORAR), ILS-1050 Codification Data is highly desirable
  • Applicants must possess or be eligible to obtain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance of NV1 (minimum).
  • Current Australian Citizenship
