As the Logistics Project and Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, people centric logistics solutions that drive efficiency, digitisation, and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity.
Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to golive support.
Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fitforpurpose, user centric processes.
Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.

Has proven expertise managing largescale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrates practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust.
Brings strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.

This role is a 12 month contract position. For Melbourne based candidates - travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
