We have a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team, with a focus on our Kogan.com Commercial business-to-business operations.

A new role, reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods for our commercial clients, developing specialised processes, and continually seeking ways to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same! You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party logistics providers, and our Commercial customers. A proactive, customer-centric approach is essential, alongside strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Whether you're a recent graduate eager to start your career in Logistics and Supply Chain, or you have practical experience and are seeking a new challenge, this role offers incredible exposure to a fast-paced, innovative ASX-listed business.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaise with multiple third-party logistics providers to address day-to-day operational issues
  • Assist the Customer Care team with resolving escalated logistics and freight matters
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
  • Manage escalated freight and carrier investigations, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Arrange deliveries for our Commercial customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Check, reconcile, and process freight and warehousing invoices
  • Process claims with carriers relating to damages, losses, and other incidents
  • Source freight quotations for ad-hoc and bulk stock movements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Kogan.com Commercial team, to ensure projects are delivered within agreed time frames
  • Liaise directly with Commercial customers to provide exceptional after-sales support
  • Provide meaningful feedback to the wider Logistics and Customer Care teams to support continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline existing processes, driving time and cost savings for the business

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar)
  • An exceptional multitasker and problem solver - a love of Tetris will go far here!
  • Highly analytical and ready to delve into data
  • Tech-savvy and ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
