Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirement:
- Proven sales experience in supply chain, specifically in warehousing & distribution industry.
- Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
- Fluent in both spoken & written Mandarin and English.
