The Live Stream Operator will be responsible for discovering and managing streamers, organizing and planning live stream content, operating daily streaming activities, and enhancing user engagement and metrics for the platform. This includes providing pre-broadcast assistance to hosts and gathering feedback on streaming performance and platform promotion.

- 负责挖掘主播，并根据平台资源及发展的需求，进行资源整合，策划直播�容；
- 负责平台直播的日常运营，提升直播数据，维护用户等相�工作；
- 负责主播前期试播�助、对主播直播前期�容进行规范、引导；
- 负责跟踪直播运营效果和平台宣发，反馈数据，用户意见；
- 完成领导交办的�他工作。
任职资格
- �日制本科以上学历，英语��或�思6分以上，1年以上直播运营经验；
- 热爱直播，熟悉直播平台或有直播行业运营相�工作，有从事互联网直播或是相�工作经验�优�；
- 对各视频直播平台规则有所了解; �注并了解区块链、直播相�节目和话题；
- 有较强组织能力，抗压性，自我驱动能力，以目标为导向，能主动承�各类工作；
- 良好的沟通、协调及执行能力和团队合作精神，能够与�他人员进行沟通、协调、推进项目按时按计划完成。
