Job Description

As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges analyzing the legal aspects of a leading FMGC company.
In brief, your responsibilities will be:

• Support drafting and reviewing contracts (such as sale and purchase of goods and services; marketing contracts; sponsorship contracts; export contracts)
• Legal advice for marketing campaigns and use of social media
• Legal analysis on product compliance with regard to labeling and packaging
• Drafting memoranda, legislation and case law research
• Assistance on legal matters for all company functions

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the Master's program for admission to the legal profession or Spanish Law Degree.
• Minimum experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in English
• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
