About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Craft Engaging Learning Experiences: It’s not just about learning; it’s about creating experiences that spark excitement and curiosity. Dive into research, design, and development to ensure our learners are not just informed but inspired!
  • Uncover Learning Needs: Be the detective of knowledge gaps! Through assessments and analysis, uncover where our teams and customers need a helping hand, then swoop in with tailor-made training programs.
  • Culture Catalyst: This is your chance to be a culture shaper! Bring your innovative spirit to the table and help foster a culture of learning, growth, and endless possibilities.
  • Strategy Maestro: Being part of the LX team, you can collaboratively develop our approach to learning. Contribute your ideas and creativity, and watch as our strategies come to life!


About You

  • Bring your 2 to 5 years of experience in learning experience design to the table!
  • We are looking for someone who’s crafted captivating online learning experiences before and knows how to keep learners engaged
  • You are a natural relationship builder and able to team up with SMEs and other departments to create learning experiences that resonate with our audience
  • We are after someone who can transform complex technical concepts into digestible delights and captivate audiences with their words
  • Use your data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and guide our next steps

Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with topic-based authoring and / in-app guidance
  • Tools like Madcap Flare, Gainsight, or Camtasia
  • Bring your creative skills - whether that’s designing graphics or producing videos
  • Show us your expertise and enhance our learning experience design through your CSS and HTML skills

What You Can Expect

  1. Initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
    You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  2. Interview with the Director of Platform Education
    You'll get to meet with our Director of Platform Education to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
  3. Candidate Activity and Presentation
    You'll get the opportunity to showcase your approach to sales enablement.
  4. Loop Interviews
    This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a 'vibe check' on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
  5. Offer
    If all lights are green and the fit feel right, we'll conduct reference checks and you'll receive an offer to join!
