About the role
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of learning programs and administering Workday LMS to ensure a seamless delivery of training across TGE. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the L&D function, ensuring that all training logistics are handled efficiently, maintenance of learning records and to provide employees with easy access to learning resources.
The L&D Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the learning experience and ensuring the smooth running of training initiatives at Team Global Express.

What you’ll bring
Tertiary education in Human Resources, Education, Events Management or related field
2 years of experience in a Learning and Development or HR coordination role
Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms / technologies preferred
Learning & Development knowledge and continuous learning mindset
Effective communicator with proficiency in both verbal and written communication to interact with participants, team members, and stakeholders.
Customer service centricity with the ability to handle inquiries and provide support to learners etc. in a professional and courteous manner
