About the Role
We’re looking for a LinkedIn Learning Coordinator to lead the rollout, integration, and ongoing management of LinkedIn Learning as part of our digital and AI capability uplift initiative. This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up and make a measurable impact on how our people learn and grow.
You’ll design and curate learning pathways, align content to our Digital Skills Enablement goals, and partner with stakeholders across the business to drive adoption and engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and manage LinkedIn Learning, creating structured learning pathways and tailored curricula.
- Curate content aligned to our Digital Competencies Framework and learning design principles.
- Integrate LinkedIn Learning into broader programs (onboarding, leadership development, graduate programs).
- Develop communications and engagement strategies to promote uptake, including gamification and champion networks.
- Monitor analytics and report on adoption, engagement, and impact.
- Collaborate with P&D, OD, and divisional leaders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
About you:
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Learning or similar digital learning platforms.
- Strong background in learning design and program rollout (ADDIE or similar frameworks).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret learning analytics and translate insights into action.
- Experience integrating learning into organisational programs and professional development pathways.
