About the role:
In this role you will provide key insights and lead indicators for Operations site teams and leadership, through the design, implementation and maintenance of reports, and support with forecasting strategies to meet current and future business needs.

Delivery and articulation of complex rostering information into simple & intuitive outputs

Production of accurate, reliable and timely reports

Driving forecasting accuracy in the roster.

Influencing and negotiating to align internal and external stakeholders’ views and deliver the best possible business outcomes

Partnering with stakeholders to build tailored solutions
Who we're looking for:
You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible and adaptable in their approach and possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic and high performing team.
You’ll need:

Demonstrated experience in workforce management, rostering or similar
-
Demonstrated experience in analytical models, reporting and tools
-
Knowledge of key data manipulation and analysis techniques
-
Working knowledge of statistical & programming languages - python, SQL & PLSQL, Excel, Power BI
-
Previous Knowledge of UKG or similar rostering tool.

Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
