This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for our B2B and wholesale operations, focusing on Leafio, our wholesale platform. This role is pivotal in optimising patient management, fulfilment, warehousing, and backend ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritise product opportunities using data, market insights, and user feedback.
  • Lead product team development and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to influence key decisions.
  • Drive prioritisation of product features and collaborate cross-functionally for successful execution.
  • Track product metrics and align with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower your team to meet performance goals and align with company values.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Expertise in roadmapping and prioritisation, with the ability to align features with business goals and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus without direct authority.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams to achieve goals and excel.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams and drive successful outcomes in complex environments.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
