About the Role

As the Lead Portfolio & Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategies that ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals. You’ll work closely with business and IT leaders to deliver solutions that address immediate needs while prioritizing technical excellence and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Strategy: Develop and communicate a cohesive strategy for your IT application portfolio, balancing short-term functionality with sustainable architecture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Solution Design: Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, ensuring alignment with TGE’s standards.
• Technical Debt Management: Identify and address areas of inefficiency, advocating for improvements that enhance system flexibility and reduce technical debt.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, integrating agile practices and mentoring team members to build architectural excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, testing, and business teams to deliver holistic, executable solutions.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish robust review protocols to ensure all solutions meet security and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with expertise in solution and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in large-scale environments, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or customer-centric technology domains.
• Strong knowledge of application design frameworks, systems integration, and technology roadmaps.
• Proficiency in security and compliance protocols, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, foster collaboration, and mentor technical teams effectively.
