To provide in-depth performance analysis and reporting across investment portfolios, act as subject matter expert for performance related queries, and provide investment insights to inform portfolio management.
Join Our Team as a Performance & Attribution Analyst – Drive Insightful Investment Decisions
Deliver in-depth performance analysis and attribution for investment portfolios, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Produce accurate performance measurement and analytical responses for internal and external client queries.
Build and implement complex calculation models, evaluate risk and performance, and collaborate with Risk Management to enhance risk-adjusted returns.
Contribute thought leadership to a global operational model while driving process efficiency and applying robust risk controls.
Identify opportunities to meet evolving client needs, assess trends, and communicate key findings to senior management.
Stay ahead of industry standards in performance methodology, attribution analysis, and benchmark construction, while engaging in special projects that shape the future of investment performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in performance analysis or financial services.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (CFA preferred).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, with confidence presenting to senior management.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
