Lead Engineer- CyberArk

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join our exceptional team within the Modern Build Identity Practice. This role contributes to technology solutions that meet the transformational goals of the customer. A hands-on role working with both the internal and customer team of engineers, to contribute to detailed design work and produce engineering artefacts.
Our Identity Practice has been an integral part of the business since inception back in 2014 and the team have built a strong reputation as one of the best in the market. We work in cross-functional teams to deliver IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions built on AWS. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be exposed to some of the biggest Identity projects within Australia an immerse yourself in exciting work.

To be successful in the role, you will:

• Have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and practices

• Deploy, configure, and maintain IAM solutions for our customers but not limited to IAM platforms, SSO, and MFA

• Perform regular reviews and updates to ensure the ongoing efficiency and security of deployed solutions.

• Oversee the administration of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions, encompassing the incorporation of new services within multi-cloud environments.

• Have implemented IAM solutions with CyberArk

• Experience with Sailpoint, Ping, or Okta will be a bonus

• Keep up to date about industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of security standards.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements in managed services delivery.

• Work with the team to implement enhancements and updates to stay ahead of evolving security threats and technology advancements.

Technical Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in implementing IAM solutions

• Previous experience using one of the following IAM platforms - Okta or Ping Identity

• Practical experience with OAUTH and SAML
