Role Overview

At Pulse iD, we’re building the next generation of loyalty and engagement infrastructure for leading banks and enterprise brands across APAC, the Middle East and Europe. We’re a fast-growing fintech with a clear roadmap, global clients, and big ambitions to shape how banking loyalty evolves in the “always-on” era.

We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to join our Melbourne team. This is a hands-on growth role focused on executing and optimizing campaigns that generate demand and pipeline. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and regional Sales leads to turn Pulse iD’s thought leadership, case studies, and product assets into measurable inbound and outbound results.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical; you like launching campaigns, improving funnel performance, and working fast in a high-growth environment.

Location & work style:

  • Based in Melbourne
  • 4 days per week in our St Kilda office (1 day flexible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Run LinkedIn Ads & ABM campaigns end-to-end—targeting, messaging, creative coordination, launch, optimization, reporting, and budget pacing.
  • Activate content into demand by repurposing existing assets into LinkedIn posts/carousels, landing pages, and nurture emails that support campaigns and outbound.
  • Operate lead capture and nurture in HubSpot, including forms/landing pages, lists, simple workflows, scoring inputs, and clean sales handoff.
  • Monitor and improve performance weekly, tracking CPL, CTR, CVR, MQL→SQL conversion, and results by region/source; recommend and implement optimisations.
  • Run structured testing to lift results (audience tests, retargeting, landing page/CRO, or A/B tests).
  • Support outbound motions with target account/contact lists, intent signals, and campaign assets packaged for Sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver campaigns and improve website/CRM conversion paths.

Requirements

  • Based in Melbourne with the ability to be in-office 4 days/week.
  • 3–5 years in growth / demand gen / performance marketing / marketing ops (SaaS, tech, fintech or B2B).
  • Must have hands-on experience running LinkedIn ads and/or ABM campaigns, including setup, optimisation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics and how to improve performance.
  • Comfortable owning execution independently, including audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative testing.
  • Strong writing/editing skills for B2B audiences (ads, LinkedIn, landing pages, nurture emails).
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/automation tool (lists/forms/workflows/contact hygiene).
  • Basic CRO/A/B testing experience on landing pages.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to get things done.

Why Join Pulse iD

  • Work at the intersection of fintech, loyalty, and AI in a fast-growing, global-scale company—helping leading banks worldwide transform how they engage and retain customers.
  • High-impact role with direct visibility to growth outcomes and senior leadership.
  • Build a scalable lead engine across priority regions.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
