seeking a Corporate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its market-leading
Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team.

The Opportunity
You’ll work across a broad mix of
sophisticated matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity buyouts and exits
- Capital raisings and securities law
- Corporate governance and board advisory
You’ll take a hands-on role in structuring,
drafting and negotiating transactions, with exposure to both domestic and
cross-border deals.
About the Team
This team acts for:
- Major Australian corporates
- Global and domestic investment funds
- High-growth and emerging businesses
Known for working on market-leading
transactions, the team combines technical excellence with strong commercial
judgement and a collaborative approach.
About You
We’re open to candidates from 2+
PQE through to Senior Associate, with:
- Strong Corporate M&A experience (top-tier or
mid-tier background advantageous)
- Exposure to private equity (desirable)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters
For Senior Associates, you will
also bring:
- Experience leading transactions and managing
stakeholders
- A proactive approach to client relationships and
business development
- A genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
