Role Overview
As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth within the Retail and Utilities sectors across ANZ. This is a high-impact role focused on building deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges, and delivering solutions that transform how they engage with their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts in Retail and Utilities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and position Sprinklr as a thought leader in customer experience transformation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within CX, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
  • Experience selling into Retail and/or Utilities verticals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving change and delivering value to customers.
