The opportunity
We are looking for passionate and driven IVC Radio Test Environment support to join our IVC (Integration, Verification & Certification) organization and help shape the performance of Ericsson's next generation radio products. IVC is the last step of the development cycle of new Radios. Parts of the activities are done in collaboration with/and according to regulatory bodies/authorities globally to get approvals/certifications enabling market access.
In this role, you will play a key role in verification & certification design & support, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, robustness, and compliance.

Key responsibilities- Be primarily involved in the activities in the design and verification and support engineers with day-to-day operation.- Plan, develop and implement changes and new implementation within the test environment & lab establishment.- Formally document requirements & specifications-handle communication with support organization e.g RCE, SAN & EEE- Troubleshooting and improving the lab environment infrastructure & general IT environment- Analyze user requirements and translate them into proposals for enhancements to the test environment.- Support integration and execution of test cases, ensuring test environments are aligned with product needs- Contribute to the overall success of the Radio Verification team goals.- Investigate and troubleshoot test system issues & Infrastructure, driving resolution and improvement activities.-Support the overall key site governance function and ensure alignment- Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers; participate in cross-functional teams
Who we're looking for
• We welcome experienced / senior engineers seeking technical leadership opportunities. Typical skills and background include:- Preferred courses specialization in: Wireless, RF/microwave, communication systems
• Some knowledge of baseband and radio product concepts and relevant standards (3GPP/ETSI/CE/FCC/Telec)
• Some familiarity with 3GPP specifications (e.g., NR/ LTE series)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, curiosity and a practical, problem-solving attitude
