A bit about your role
The role of Technical Writing Specialist is to support the delivery and maintenance of Knowledge Framework. Key responsibilities include creating and updating knowledge content and work instructions, managing Pipeline Requests, ensuring standards compliance with documentation and assisting in the transition to a digital knowledge framework.
This role supports the Field Services Team, which drives field enablement through a national hub, ensuring a best-in-class workforce for the high-speed internet network rollout. You will support the workflow implementation and be responsible for ensuring nbn’s expectations are understood and able to adopt change at a rapid pace.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you are experienced in technical writing and document creation, preferably having filled a technical writing position in the past. As an exceptional team player and communicator, you will have the natural ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong successful partnerships. You possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, excellent written and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
