ResponsibilitiesAbout the role
We are seeking a true industry professional with a passion for health and hygiene who wishes to join a vibrant and energetic team.
You will ensure adequate supplies are on hand, and equipment is well maintained. Your role is extremely important in ensuring the hotels kitchens are compliant, clean and hygienic.
About you
Sound knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and their safe application
Energy and passion for the Hospitality Industry
Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
Must be eligible to work in Australia
