More about the role

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Victoria Trade Sales Team. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and maximise profitability across eastern Victoria, including Melbourne and the Gippsland region.

In the role, you will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors across Eastern Victoria
  • Identify and develop opportunities within the project pipeline to drive sales growth
  • Promote Signify’s lighting and connected lighting solutions to customers and end users
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and meet individual and state sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer insights and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Represent Signify at customer events and industry activities to strengthen brand presence
  • Build long-term partnerships that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the electrical, lighting, or construction-related industries
  • A strong track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities and growing accounts
  • Experience working with CRM systems and strong general digital literacy
  • A results-driven, professional approach with a strong customer focus
  • Flexibility to travel regionally across Eastern Victoria
