The International Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key global and regional clients to drive long-term growth and profitability. This role involves overseeing international accounts, coordinating cross-border activities, and aligning internal resources to meet customer needs and expectations.Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple geographies
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategies
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targets
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client expectations and global standards
- Provide regular account performance updates, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Around 4 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably with exposure to international clients or cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align market opportunities with the company’s long-term goals
- Skilled in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, including top-management reporting
- Collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills
- Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Must be creative and be able to think outside of the box
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree is required
