At IQVIA, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-performing ANZ Key Account Management team. In this role, you'll manage and grow strategic client relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that help our clients make better decisions and improve outcomes across the consumer health and beauty industries.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted advisor to your clients, you will:

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets across a portfolio of key accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business priorities and challenges
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead account growth initiatives
  • Build strong executive-level relationships across marketing, market research, sales management, and technology functions
  • Partner with internal IQVIA teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions
  • Present compelling recommendations that address complex business needs
  • Manage contract renewals, subscriptions, and account expansion opportunities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Contribute to multi-country opportunities in partnership with regional and global account teams
  • Support and mentor less experienced members of the sales team where required

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with confidence working with data and insights
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of IQVIA products and services or experience working within healthcare, beauty, consumer health, market research, data analytics, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments is desirable

Eligibility:

  • Must be currently based in Australia with full-time, permanent working rights
