More about the role

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Victoria Trade Sales Team. You’ll drive sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and maximise profitability across north-western Victoria, from Melbourne through to Swan Hill and up to Albury.

In the role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors, including responsibility for supporting the project pipeline.
  • Work within a team environment to achieve individual and state sales targets.
  • Understand market segregation in order to maximise upon cross brand opportunities.
  • Provide suitable Lighting and Connected solutions to end users.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system.
  • Attend customer events to promote the Signify Brand.
  • Establish high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and departments.
