We’re looking for a Key Account Manager, Dynalite - Systems Integrators to join our Professional Team in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager, Dynalite - Systems Integrators, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic relationships with Certified System Integrator (CSI) partners to drive growth primarily in the Dynalite portfolio as well as expanding into broader connected and digital lighting systems. A critical focus for this role is also to build and maintain strong working relationships with key influencers within the Lighitng Design & Engineering community and Construction ecosystem to create demand through specifications.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with System Integrators to expand business opportunities and strengthen Signify’s market position in connected lighting.

  • Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned accounts or territory. Develop account-specific sales and strategic plans aligned with business goals. Establish and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to position Signify as a trusted partner.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of partner business models, technical capabilities, and customer segments to align joint growth strategies. Drive technical collaboration with partners to ensure system compatibility, performance, and integration to support the market.

  • Promote Signify’s connected systems, software, and services portfolio, ensuring design-in and specification in system integrator-led projects.

  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to maximize business impact and mutual success.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, technical and support teams, particularly Signify Systems & Services, to deliver customer satisfaction and align project objectives and resources efficiently.

  • Ensure partner enablement by providing training on new systems, digital tools, and innovations to enhance technical proficiency and solution delivery.

  • Gather and share market and customer insights with internal teams to improve offerings and strengthen Signify’s ecosystem positioning.

  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and implementing solutions, monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term trust.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in forecasts, pipeline data, and performance metrics.

  • Take ownership of continuous learning and professional development, staying current on emerging lighting technologies, digital systems, and integration standards. Actively participate in internal and external training to enhance technical, commercial, and partnership management capabilities.

Critical Experiences

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the technology sector, specifically working with system integrators or channel partners to develop business opportunities and negotiate contracts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is desirable to provide foundational knowledge for managing key accounts and understanding business solutions.

  • No specific licenses are mandatory; however, certifications in sales, Certified Integrated Systems Technician (IST), Certification in market recognized building technology and integration platforms, etc. would be advantageous.

  • Applicants must possess full work rights in Australia.
