Your mission — should you choose to accept it — will be to support our senior Project Managers within the IT Team. You’ll help define project objectives, create detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered in line with business requirements. What you will do:
- Support the planning, execution, and closing of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Assist in developing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in developing solutions to mitigate delays.
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on open tasks.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient collaboration and ensure a smooth project execution.
What you will bring:
Essential
- 1-3 years’ experience in project management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to managing projects and driving results.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Basic understanding of all methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid & Agile)
