About the Role:In this newly created role as Junior Demand Planner, you’ll support the ANZ B2B business by contributing to accurate forecasting and planning. It’s a fantastic steppingstone into the world of supply chain, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and product lifecycle management. Your work will help ensure our products are available when and where our customers need them—making a real impact on customer experience.
You’ll join a close-knit team surrounded by deep expertise, in a supportive environment where you can grow, share ideas, and elevate your demand planning skills. With broad cross-functional exposure, you’ll build strong relationships across various business units and gain valuable insight into how different parts of the business connect.
What You Will Do:Assist in developing demand forecasts using historical data and seasonal trends.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather insights on market movements and promotional activities.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and help identify areas for improvement.
Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by preparing data and presentations for Demand Review meetings.
Contribute to product lifecycle planning, including new launches and phase-outs.
Help manage obsolete inventory and support data cleansing initiatives.
Provide analytical support using Business Intelligence tools and maintain data accuracy in ERP systems (SAP APO).
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the demand planning team.
You have 1–2 years of experience, ideally in demand planning or a similar role. You also:
Hold a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Are proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Are curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in supply chain and commercial operations.
Have strong attention to detail and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Feel confident presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way.
Bring a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
Have exposure to SAP or other ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (preferred but not essential).
